I’m excited to share the story of Beacon & Blade, a dynamic team of seasoned business leaders on a mission to empower teams running on EOS®, by working hand-in-hand with them to build powerhouse Visionary/Integrator duos and foster world-class leadership teams.
Let me start by introducing myself (the author of this terrific tale)…
I’m Hailey Nogler - Integrator, entrepreneur, wife to Seth, and proud mom of four amazing kids. When I’m not "boots on the ground" helping businesses thrive, I love spending time with my family, crocheting, or getting lost in a good book—whether it's a fantasy novel, a business book, or revisiting Middle-earth for the hundredth time.
The uncovering of a superpower…
Ever the nerd (evidenced by my list of hobbies), my tendency to dive headfirst into a topic of interest surfaced when I cracked open Gino Wickman’s Traction. As I delved deeper into EOS and implemented its tools, I discovered the latent superpower within — my Integrator DNA! As I sat in that role, I began to witness firsthand how it could help a team thrive, igniting a passion for this unique position. That passion continued to grow as I spent more time in the seat and connected with others sitting there as well, and expanded into a desire to help others discover the same superpower within themselves or those around them.
Introducing another (very important) character…
On her own journey, Kirsten Smith, an incredible EOS Implementer, had spent over five years observing the difference between teams that thrived under the leadership of a strong Visionary/Integrator duo and the ones that struggled without a true Integrator or with one who didn't quite grasp the role. This ignited a spark in her to find a solution, driven by her love for her clients and a desire to help them thrive in their EOS journeys.
The birth of a business…
It all came together with a single conversation—an inspiring exchange that united our shared passion for addressing a critical need. As we explored ideas, excitement grew around the possibility of creating a unique solution designed to empower Visionaries, Integrators, and their teams. We envisioned a process that was fresh and effective, and after testing it with real teams, we realized we had stumbled upon something truly special.
Beacon & Blade was officially born!

Known for her intentional, measured, and decisive approach, Hailey guides leadership teams through complex dynamics with care and directness, empowering them to make confident and impactful decisions. She’s passionate about mentoring, building strong processes, and helping teams grow through hands-on guidance and training. Outside of work, Hailey dedicates herself to her family and enjoys pursuing her personal passions with the same intentionality she brings to her clients.
